Jess (my friend from work) gave birth via c-section to Camden yesterday. 8 lbs. 12 oz!

Happy Birthday Baby Aguilar

Em is in the hospital right now! I haven't heard anything yet, so baby girl Aguilar hasn't yet arrived. But she will be here soon! I'm so excited! My first niece on the Rasmussen side! And their first baby girl (they have 3 boys).

I'll post pictures as soon as she's here!

All Done!

Whew!

We're done! We closed on the sale of our home yesterday. I thought it would be bittersweet, but it wasn't really. We signed, and that was that. On to our next adventure! (As soon as my back stops aching from moving all those boxes!)

Separated at Birth?

While we're on the subject of Ty, is it just me or does Joshua Jackson look just like my husband?

I don't think I'm the only one that thinks so, other people have commented on it too!

My Hero

You know those times when you realize (again) how lucky you are to have your husband? I dropped Ty off at work this morning and on my way to my job, I got a major flat tire. I called Ty and he was there within minutes, let me stay in the car while he worked on the tire, then took me to work and went to buy a new tire. Then, he went and changed the tire, and will come pick me up after work today. Whew! And, he was happy to do it. What a sweetie.

I am SO lucky!

Date Night!

Me & Ty in NYC

Me and Ty went on a date last night for FHE (that was my excuse). We went to this weird pizza place then bowling. It was so fun, it felt like we were dating again!

The sad thing is our bowling score. I won't even post it here, it's pretty sad- and we got the exact same score. We tied!

Anyway, it was so fun to hang out with my hubby. He's the best company ever!

This is Tyler speaking. This is my debut of logging on the Shyler blog and contributing a little something. This is me in Ann Arbor, Michigan. This is my FAVORITE time of year. When there is that crisp in the air in the mornings, it only means one thing...football season has arrived!
